scratch head and make barfing sound now...not necessarily in that order...are you sure they don't call it "horse" bacon since the bacon slice is big??
I can't see any future for this dish - the chef is simply "flogging a dead horse"- so to speak.
What does it taste like, what's the nutritional benefits, and does it leave the diner well-hung? Flesh is flesh!
